Best taco truck by far, they have been getting our business for many years and 5"many more to come since they've located to the Frazier area. Very friendly and excellent tacos. The best nopales tacos I've ever had. They are quick and the prices are reasonable.

That best tacos ! They always have great service & their food always taste great. Definitely recommend coming here !

I LOVE THIS TACO TRUCK! My boyfriend and I get it allllll the time. They workers are so nice, they're super fast and great prices. I'll be moving out of state soon and I have to say I think i'll miss Tacos Jimenez more than anything in Cali.

Quality food, speedy and good service. I went with 3 friends and we were all impressed with the food. If you see this truck I recommend you stopping.

Really good food, recommend if you want something Quick vs foast food. They were really fast as well. Asada was really good, lengua was good and the pastor was good too

This is our go to spot in Castaic for a quick pick up of delicious Mexican food. My husband always gets the asada burrito and its huge. The salsa is delish! The employees are quick to take your order and prepare it fresh and quickly. Its a food truck so no ambiance is not a factor.

This food truck never misses. Oh and there are THREE of the same trucks in the same area. So you know they are a crowd pleases. The tacos are delicious and filled with well seasoned meat. They come with onions, cilantro, and salsas which you can get on the side. Their quesadillas are really good too. They are HUGE, definitely enough to share and are overloaded with meat. I've recently added their beans and rice to the mix which are well prepared and seasoned. Portions are fair for the taco prices. I believe quesadillas and burritos are around $13? I'm not sure since their prices aren't posted and I'm usually ordering multiple things. Each truck has a table and a few chairs near it. But some are set up in dirt. So be prepared for that if you plan to "eat in". You will also have to park on the street.

Stopped by on the way to SoCal, and it was worth the extra 15 minute detour! It wasn't too much of a detour though, since this food truck is right off the 5 freeway, across from a truck stop. We were recommended this taco truck by locals claiming that this is "the best taco truck by far" so we had to give it a try. We ordered 5 tacos between 2 people: 2 buche, 1 lengua, 1asada, and 1 Al pastor. The lengua was my favorite. The asada was my second favorite - it wasn't too dry unlike a lot of other taco trucks! The sauce they put on was pretty spicy (but I have a low tolerance level of spice). I enjoyed the refried beans on a chip that they added to our order - it was a nice change of flavor that complemented the tacos! I would've asked for one more if I were to go again, although I'm not sure if they charge extra. Highly recommend if you feel like making a pit stop off the 5 freeway! Or if you're just nearby.
